These terms apply to every person who creates or uses an account on radhamorning. Access is available where local law permits it. If local law in your region restricts or prohibits this type of service, these terms do not grant you a right of access.

We will post a notice of any material change on the platform at least seven days before it takes effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. You may close your account before that date if you do not agree.

We retain transaction and identity records for the period required by applicable law after closure. Once that period ends, data is deleted or anonymised. You can request a full export of your data before closing by contacting our support email.

Deposits via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are accepted subject to the limits displayed at the time of the transaction. Withdrawals require identity verification before funds are released; this step is set out in the payment section of your account dashboard.

Each person may hold one account only. Sharing account credentials with another person or operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact support immediately.
